Rum mini Baba怎么做好吃又简单

主料

flour :90 g
dry yeast :5 g
warm milk :50 ml
egg :1
sugar :10 g
melted butter :40 g
salt :1 pinch

辅料

For the rum syrup: water :75 ml
rum :2 cl

具体步骤

1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a hole in the centre. Dissolve the yeast in thewarm milk and pour into the hole in the flour.

2. Blend with the flour, cover and let thebatter ferment for 15 minutes.

3. Beat the egg with the sugar until foamy, add the salt.

4. Melt the butter and add to the egg mixture. Add this to the fermented batter and blend together (the batter should be liquid in texture).

5. Cover and allow to ferment for 10 minutes.

6. Half-fill the moulds with the batter,cover and allow to ferment for 15 minutes. Bake in the over at 210o C for 10-15 minutes.

7. Turn out while warm and place the babas on a rack to cool.

8. For the syrup: Cook all the ingredients together for 3 minutes, pour the syrup overthe warm babas until they are completely soaked.
